COUPONIZER OF THE MONTH! — DECEMBER 2005

Lisa Pettee — Alpharetta, GA

COTM - December I am a new stay at home mom (less than a year) and found myself completely overwhelmed by the coupons, rebates, restaurant savings, etc. I had coupons everywhere except in my hand when I needed them. Since purchasing your book "The Couponizer" two months ago I have been able to save over $200.00 a month, and I am just getting started. Since everything is all in one place, I even feel compelled to send off for sweepstakes (please don't tell my old office colleagues) and take advantage of those painstaking rebates. With your book its just no longer the chore that just the mere thought was only a few months ago. All in all, what I am trying to say is, your product is probably the best $20.00 I have ever spent. Thank you!

With my entire life all in one unified/organized place, I feel like a ton of bricks has been lifted and I have so much more time to give my little one all the attention he needs. Thank you again; you truly have simplified my life.

COUPONIZER OF THE MONTH! — NOVEMBER 2005

Jenny Corsey — Woodstock, GA

COTM - November As a young married woman (sans offspring), I usually spend less than fifty dollars during a single grocery visit (my husband does not consume quite the provisions required to feed a passel of growing children). With only two mouths to feed, I found it easy to sidestep the art of meal management. I would often swing by the grocery store after work to pick up a few things for dinner rather than maintaining a regular shopping list. This habit led to overspending, sale oversights, excess pantry inventory and other coupon-related crimes of this nature.

I hail from a long line of thrifty folk, all of whom would writhe in their graves if they knew how many squandered coupons that I have allowed to expire in the abysmal depths of my handbag. My grandparents have never eaten dinner in a restaurant after the five o’clock early bird special. As newlyweds with a tiny budget, my parents recorded five-dollar birdseed bags in the “entertainment” section. I was not raised to be lax with money.

My childhood is filled with memories of consignment shop dressing rooms, second-hand storybooks, summer canning afternoons, hand-me-down toys, used cars and well-scraped plates (rumor has it my mother washed the plastic wrap from our school lunchboxes and reused it). If I am to be perfectly honest, my negligent attitude most likely originates from an unconscious rebellion toward a family tradition of frugality. When I finally realized this problem was affecting my capacity for new shoe purchases, I decided to start grocery shopping more wisely. With the advice of a smart mom inventor, I acquired a new tool, dubbed the Couponizer. The Couponizer has not only helped me to organize coupons, but actually use them. Long gone are the days of buying detergent full-price on Monday only to cut Sunday’s coupons on Thursday and find another potential fifty cents lost, or the evenings spent pounding the freezer doors in despair as my eyes sweep over the expiration date for an ice cream coupon.

This handy shopping buddy has also created a new sense of accountability. As I gleefully scan my bill to track coupon savings before driving away, I now check to make sure I was not overcharged (for instance, my family of two allegedly purchased 13 heads of lettuce at a popular grocery chain recently).

Coupon clipping is now a family affair. Last night I even tucked pizza coupons for a favorite lunch spot in my husband’s wallet. Though my savings do not come close to the ones I read about in the website testimonies, eight dollars here and seven dollars there can equal an extra tank of gas. Well, make that half.

COUPONIZER OF THE MONTH! — OCTOBER 2005

Sally Pifer — Pittsburgh, PA

COTM - October Amy, It was nice talking with you a few months ago when I called to order another Couponizer. You sound like such a nice person. Anyway, after we hung up, I composed the following poem about my Couponizer and I thought you might want to feature it in your newsletter.

The Couponizer - I lost my couponizer, I not know where. And since that time, I’ been pulling out my hair. Coupons here, coupons there; Coupons stashed everywhere. Finally one day, I phoned Amy “SEND ME A COUPONIZER, SAVE ME! That she did and now you see, I’m saving money and am happy as can be!

COUPONIZER OF THE MONTH! — SEPTEMBER 2005

Nikole MacDonald — Norwalk, CT

COTM - September I just wanted to let you know that I got my Couponizer and I couldn’t be happier! Long gone are the days that my coupons are disorganized and inaccessible when I really need them. I love the “checkout coupon” folder which helps a ton when trying to juggle to kids and save money. I also love that you have included services beyond the grocery store. This week alone I was able to use a haircut, fast food and car wash coupon - before the Couponizer they were saved with good intentions but I never had them with me when I needed them. I have already referred one person and I know there will be many more. Thanks again so much for an AWESOME , much need product!

COUPONIZER OF THE MONTH! — AUGUST 2005

Shannon Daniel— Olive Branch, MS

COTM - August I ordered this product from QVC after seeing a few seconds (the last few) of the demonstration. By the time I ordered, it was on wait list and I decided to place my name on the wait list. It took about two weeks for me to receive it and it was even better than I thought. I have been a coupon clipper since I was a teenager. I bargain shop and only look for deals. This was not purchased to help me save more money, but in order for me to get more organized with it. I was doing everything you suggested, yet you supplied a way to make that easier. I had two different coupons pouches only because I couldn't find one big enough, with the right amount of pockets to fit my coupon needs. This is wonderful and I am ecstatic that you came up with this.

COUPONIZER OF THE MONTH! — July 2005

Debbie & Callie Tobin— Cumming, GA

COTM - July Hi Amy!

Just a note-- to tell you what a wonderful product the Couponizer is. My grocery, restaurant, dry cleaner coupons, etc. were scattered in all locations around the house and in my car. Now with the help of my 8 year old daughter, I feel like I am finally organized.

My daughter Callie who was a "Big Helper" transferring all my coupons to my new Couponizer--what a great project for her! She is learning about the value of coupons and how they are used. She also helps cut out the coupons from the Sunday paper and organizes them on the Coupstacker and then files them.

We love it!!!

Thanks, Debbie and Callie

COUPONIZER OF THE MONTH! — JUNE 2005

Amia Freeman — Austell, GA

COTM - June Though I have yet to order my Couponizer I have taken your tips to heart and have scaled back my impulse shopping at warehouse stores. Items I was previously buying in bulk to avoid the "going back to the store" disease, kept my grocery budget growing weekly.

I literally did the math and figured out simple things like buying bulk canned items at 6 for around $8 saved me nada. I realized clipping the coupon from the Sunday paper to save $.50/2 at $.49 a can actually was a savings. Not to mention, I was only buying the paper when I felt like it, which cost me the $2.50 only to maybe save $75 on items that weren't a regular in my house. We decided on the Sunday only subscription and have saved a bundle. I guess when you become a subscriber; they give you a few extra kicks. Maybe not. But nonetheless, your tips have cut our grocery bill by at least $50 a month. Thank you, keep doing what you're doing!!! Another case of mama saves, daddy's happy!!!

COUPONIZER OF THE MONTH! — MAY 2005

Anne Porter — Acworth, GA

COTM - May I am a newcomer to using coupons on a regular basis. I was forced to give up my nursing career due to a disabling illness and found that I could save money by using coupons.

I was clearly unsure on how to get started so I went to your website and ordered a Couponizer. That was one month ago.

I am happy to report not only has the Couponizer helped me get organized by using coupons but your tips and starter coupons have helped tremendously. I never leave home without my Couponizer and even if I have to run into the store for just a few items I bring it along because you never know when you will run into a great deal.

On average I have been saving 53% every week on my grocery bill and even have my husband cutting coupons and going shopping with me. Both of us were amazed by the savings especially when you use a coupon with a sale item and have a coupon that doubles!! It is great. It has helped out our family budget tremendously. I have bragged about my savings to my friends and have also given them the link to your website so that they may order one for themselves.

I want to thank you for coming up with such a wonderful product that is so helpful to so many people. It is wonderful being able to save so much money when money is tight.

COUPONIZER OF THE MONTH! — APRIL 2005

Susan Zingraf — Indianapolis, IN

COTM - April In 2004, my family saved $568 with The Couponizer, that's almost $50 a month! Taking just a few minutes here and there throughout the year to simply to clip coupons, scan frequent shopper cards, and mail in rebates really made a noticeable difference in our budget. The Couponizer truly helped us stay focused on saving money all year long. The final tally on our coupon savings last year was more than ever before

COUPONIZER OF THE MONTH! — MARCH 2005

Laura Hayes — Rochester, New Hampshire

COTM - March I wanted to tell you how much I love my new Couponizer. I consider myself somewhat of a coupon novice, but I am learning quickly, and the Couponizer is a HUGE help! I feel so organized now. No longer do I annoy my husband in the market by having to stop in the middle of an aisle to have him hold my purse while I shuffle repeatedly through a stack of coupons crying, "Where did it go??? I KNOW I had one for cat food!"

Now I even have got his interest. The other day I was looking through a flyer for a store I don't usually shop at. My husband was walking by, glanced down at it and pointed out that a certain product I have a dollar off-coupon for was sold for a dollar less at this other store. "If you bring the coupon to that store, you'd save two dollars" he said. I hadn't even noticed that, and was so impressed that he was getting involved that I almost fell off my chair.

Anyway, a few days ago, I brought the Couponizer shopping with me for the first time. We were only picking up a few small items that we needed, but still I was prepared. The grocery total only came to $26.56, but of that I saved $8.18 with my coupons! That's over 30%! Two items I even got free. I can't wait to see how much I save when I do my major grocery shopping. My husband now calls me "The Couponator". Thanks so much for a fantastic product. Now I look forward to each shopping trip big or small, just to see how much I'll save!

COUPONIZER OF THE MONTH! — FEBRUARY 2005

Maria Blackwell — Duluth, GA

COTM - February I just wanted to tell you that I LOVE my Couponizer (and so does my husband)! I got it last week and the next day I saved $22.00 at Kroger PLUS my $5.00 gift card I got from coming to see you at Kroger PLUS coupons for $1.50 off my next order, $2.75 in free gas and several other coupons I will use! So, your guarantee is NOT in jeopardy in 60 days. The Couponizer paid for itself in ONE DAY! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Also, even more important are the "heart issues" you share! As I told you, I believe what you are doing is such a God-honoring thing it can't help but be successful! Thanks for everything! I have already started telling friends about the Couponizer.

A note to Kroger: I haven't shopped at Kroger for many years because I felt they were more expensive but your hints and info about Internet coupons and the Kroger Plus card have made a Kroger shopper out of me!

COUPONIZER OF THE MONTH! — JANUARY 2005

Sally Thomas — Phoenix, AZ

COTM - January I was happy to receive my Couponizer. I immediately began to move everything out of my old coupon organizer (it was poorly made, old, falling apart!). The Couponizer is sturdy, attractive, functional and easy/fun to use. It is designed in such a way that it's easy to flip through the coupons held within each pocket, and to see the expiration dates. At first I had a little trouble because some of the categories I previously had are not included in Couponizer (such as desserts, fruit and sauces). I quickly figured out that desserts could go into either "Baking" (cake mixes, frostings, refrigerated cookie dough) or "Snacks" (candy, cookies). Sauces could go in either "Condiments" or "pasta." On my first trip to the grocery store, I saved $61.38. Several people in the store asked me about the Couponizer because they saw me using it, and I told them to check your website. The checkout lady said "this is the biggest savings I have seen in a very long time." THANKS for a great product!
