Dear Amy,
My girlfriend Carla gave me the Couponizer for my birthday this week. This was my favorite gift of all. I couldn't wait to get home and get started on organizing my new book. I've always loved cutting out the coupons but, I didn't like organizing them until I got this book. Thanks for coming up with such a great idea.
A Note from Amy: "Thank you Mia for writing to me. I hope you are enjoying big savings!"

I have been using the Couponizer for about a year. It is so awesome! I had tried many different ways to keep things organized, all the different envelopes, a photo album with the little inserts, even a file box! This makes my coupons so much more readily available and I started to see my savings add up immediately. I prefer to shop Bi-Lo and Publix because of their sales and double coupons. I typically save between 30% and 50% on all of my grocery purchases now! When these stores have their buy on get one free sales and I pair my double coupons with that I am ecstatic! I have been teaching my 17-year-old daughter how to optimize her coupon savings so that she can take that into adulthood with her. I have taught her that theoretically you can easily save an ENTIRE days worth of your weekly paycheck just by using coupons and pairing them with sales!
I feel it is very important to teach our children (boys and girls) how to stretch their dollar in these turbulent economic times. It may take a few extra minutes (I usually spend about an hour in the grocery store now and probably an hour or so a week clipping my coupons while I watch TV) but the savings make it more than worthwhile and the Couponizer makes organization so much easier.
I enjoy your newsletter as well! It's so encouraging to know that others are taking advantage of the $$ that the manufacturers are handing us for free!
A Note from Amy: "What a beautiful picture of you and your daughter! Thank you for inspiring others to be successful savers."

I don't need to start a discussion on how hard it is to stretch your dollars these days - everyone already knows that. I do, however need to discuss with you the power of using coupons and more importantly, The Couponizer.
I've been experimenting with coupons for a little while now, and I have to say they definitely save you money at the grocery store. There are a few "tricks", such as combining them with sale items, and shopping at stores that double coupons. But we'll save all that for another post. Today I want to talk about organization.
I am not an organized person. I'm constantly losing things and I have trouble putting things away. Therefore, I was always misplacing my coupons. This could be frustrating, especially when we would go to the store, see a great deal on an item which I also happened to have a coupon for...except I couldn't find the coupon. "I thought it was in my wallet" I would whine. Even worse, is all those times I had a coupon for a FREE item, and I lost those. I knew I needed a way to organize my coupons, but I had no idea where to start. Lucky for me, I found The Couponizer.
The Couponizer is a genius system - it's a booklet that comes with compartments to help you organize your coupons. You fill each pocket with your coupons, according to the category such as baby, canned goods, frozen foods, snacks etc. There's a place to put coupons that you want to use on your next shopping trip, as well as a place to put your receipts (I'm always losing those too.) A pre-sorting mat helps to organize your coupons, before you actually organize them (ie putting them in the category pockets.) The system is so easy to use, that I don't think I could lose anything even if I tried. I love how it comes with a shopping list, and then a tracking sheet where you can record your expenses. And the best part of all? It comes with a pair of handy scissors! You store everything in the clear, zippered bag that's also included, and you're good to go.
Now that I have a place to put all my coupons, I no longer lose them. That means I'm saving more money at the grocery store... and that's a good feeling indeed.

Dear Amy,
I know right now we are all feeling the pinch of rising fuel and food costs and wanted to share what I have found to be my best money saving tool. Several years back I purchased my coupon organizing system, better known as the Couponizer, to help me make sense of the mountain of coupons I clipped but due to the sheer volume hardly used. So many consumers have purchased this proven system that takes minutes to sort your coupons according to grocery isle along with sections for restaurants, services, retail stores, and even a place to put those gift cards we can never seem to hold onto. I am so excited about partnering with Amy Bergin as a Couponizer Consultant to not only help others to "max their savings" but to also flourish amidst our fluctuating economic times!
A Note from Amy: "Talia -I am excited to welcome you to the Couponizer Consulant team. Thanks for your enthusiasum and commitment to helping others. Have fun!"

Amy,
I called last week to cancel and I'm really glad I didn't. It came today and it is great. This is right up my alley - I love to organize. I am only saving about $8 a trip now so I am looking forward to that increasing greatly! I'll keep you posted. Although I don't need to be spending extra money right now, this is going to be an investment that will pay for itself very soon.
Thank you and God bless,
Jennifer
A Note from Amy: "Jennifer- looks like you are on your way to building your savings. Keep up the good work!"

Last week I lost my little dollar store coupon folder AGAIN. I decided I needed to get something a bit more substantial (and with more categories). I had seen the Couponizer online and thought about purchasing it, but I decided I would try to find something local that was comparable. There was nothing.
I decided to purchase the Couponizer, then upgraded to the clear plastic handle bag, and found an online coupon code that saved me a couple of bucks on my purchase.
The Couponizer arrived Friday night, and I spent the evening organizing my coupons. On Saturday, I took the Couponizer out to the stores with me and saved $11! The day after I got it! It's so organized, so easy, and so wonderful! Most any coupon will fit into the nicely sized pockets, and I love the carrying bag.
I expect to save tons more money in the future.
Thanks!
A Note from Amy: "Cheryl- we are glad the system works for you and I hope your savings continue to grow!"

I love the Couponizer. I have mine since you started. I have recommended it to numerous people and they adore it. I knew It did the job when I went into a wholesale store and had their coupons along with manufactures coupons my bill was $512.36 when I put thru all my coupons the lady who ran the front couldn't believe it as well as my mother. My bill was $140.98. All it takes me is not even 1 hour a week to organize everything. I also work 45 hours a week cook clean and I'm a single mother of a teenager so I have to save. I lost my first one and couldn't wait for my new one to arrive. But now you sell it in a few of the Publix Supermarkets which is where I work to make it convenient. Thanks for the best invention.
Amy,
Here's my savings story:
Do coupons work? They got me a pair of Prada shoes (on sale with a coupon of course!!) After using the Couponizer and making purchases in conjunction with store sales, I CoupTracked savings of $450 after eight weeks. I averaged $56 saved each week (my most exciting purchase was five tubes of toothpaste purchased for free with store sale and double $1coupon promotion). With part of the savings, I purchased a cute pair of Prada sandals that were on clearance. I never would have been able to afford the shoes otherwise. Some of my friends think clipping coupons isn't worth the effort. Well, gals, get a load of my new shoes!!!

Amy,
I purchased a new Couponizer and below is a copy of the email I sent to EVERYONE I know! Here it is:
Dear Friends,
Just in case I forget to rave about it tomorrow in our meeting-
I just went shopping in a whole new way (for me)! I bought the Couponizer online - you may have seen it on QVC - it's an organizer for coupons, but much more evolved than your average folder!!
In my first trip, I saved $40 between clipped coupons and my shop rite card! (28 in coupons and 12 from the card) And I bought cleaning products and laundry detergent, and paper products (all the stuff you don't have to buy every month) And I didn't buy stuff just because I had a coupon - - I only bought stuff my family uses!!
I know I sound like a paid advertiser, but I have to share how excited I am - -I wish I started 10 years ago!! It takes a little time to organize and plan your list each week, but I'm sure I'll get faster! See all the MOPS girls on Tuesday, and I'll talk to everyone else soon!
Love,
Robin
Amy - Thanks so much!!!
Sincerely,
Robin
A Note from Amy: "Sounds like you are stocked for Spring Cleaning and received your savings! Thank you for sharing with your friends and sending me your story, I am proud of your decision to be smart with your money. - Amy"

Dear Amy,
I am an in home childcare provider and mother of two, which as you can imagine came with a hefty Grocery bill. I have always attempted to use coupons in the past "anything to save some cash" but I found myself spending forever at the store going though my unorganized mess and frustrated over lost or mangled clippings. My partner in this crazy coupon mess was my husband. He would often in a frustrated fit ask me "is this even worth it". I had many coupon books that came in went and in July I received a gift from my hubby that he explained was going to save our marriage it was a Couponizer. It has in all honesty improved my way of life. I take it every where with me; I use it for everything from Coupons-Movie passes.
Thank you for saving my marriage Amy.
Dear Amy,
We wanted to let you know what a great product The Couponizer is to keep coupons organized, easy to reach for and fun!
I used to keep my coupons in clear Ziploc bags. Four of them to be exact. So pretty much everything had to fall in one of those four. We had friends visit us and she saw how I was using my system and how I made an effort to save money whenever I can. She recommended the Couponizer. She sent me the website and the rest is history. Of course I ordered one and now I keep everything organized which is great! In addition I also keep track of rebates and this helps with that too! Hence, now we have a fun system of storing and using all kinds of coupons and rebates and at the end of the year we have a means to treat ourselves and it feels great! I attached a picture of my husband and I in a restaurant in New York City. The trip was this past December and the money we acquired from our savings helped fund one of the nights at the W-Hotel.
My husband and I started a tradition that every time we save money with coupons or rebates etc., we would put the money saved in a piggy bank and at the end of the year use that cash for gifts or to treat ourselves. We are happy to say that we had about $200 saved and used that money while in New York while visiting our family and friends. How awesome is that!
Best of luck with your business!
Maira and Albert Jorajuria
A Note from Amy: "Thank you Maira and Albert for teaching us all that coupons really can be romantic and FUN!"

Amy,
Thank you for your support! I love the Couponizer. I feel that the more organized I am the more money I really save. I use the Couponizer with my consulting business; I strongly believe it will help take things to the next level with my clients. I have this really neat "Pay It Forward" program I teach my clients about and each client receives a Couponizer to get started.
My husband David is going through medical school right now and we are trying to spend our money wisely and we don't feel like we are missing out on regular life since coupons are out there of more than just grocery items! I know how to incorporate coupon savings into just about anything purchase and I love to teach others to do the same. Your system is a part of my success. Thanks again.
A Note from Amy: "Thanks Melissa! I wish you much success with your business and also David in medical school. If you are interested in Melissa's "Pay It Forward" program, she can be reached by 801-969-3449 or e-mail at melissadavid@juno.com"
